01. What is ZəngimCELL?
Thanks to the ZəngimCELL service, callers will hear a music track or sound fragment chosen by you instead of a standard annoying ringtone. The service is intended for Azercell subscribers.
02. How can I subscribe to the service?
To subscribe, send the code of any ZəngimCELL track via SMS to the short number 6900 or 6070. During the subscription period, you can use the service unlimitedly, meaning you can download AS MANY ZəngimCELL tracks as you want.
Additionally, you can call the short number 6900 to listen to, choose, and download various ZəngimCELL tracks. Calls to 6900 are charged (0.06 AZN/min).
03. If I download multiple ZəngimCELL tracks, which one will play?
If you have more than one active ZəngimCELL track on your number, the last one you downloaded will play.
If you want all active ZəngimCELL tracks to play in rotation rather than just the last one, send an SMS with 111 to 6900 or 6070.
If you wish to revert this action (meaning only the last downloaded ZəngimCELL track plays), send an SMS with 222 to 6900 or 6070.

Note: Please keep in mind that it is not possible to activate the service separately for any duration specified in the table. Activation for respective periods occurs automatically upon subscription based on the funds available on your number balance.
05. Can I use the service if I have no balance?
Yes! Even if your mobile number balance does not have sufficient funds, you can still use the service. In this case, the service will be provided to you on credit for 10 days (0.60 AZN).
The debt amount will be deducted from your balance in full or in installments. If it is not possible to fully clear the debt within 10 days, the service will be automatically canceled.

06. How can I stop the service?
To stop the subscription to the ZəngimCELL service, send STOP or 000000 (zero) via SMS to the short number 6900 or 6070.
To delete any active ZəngimCELL track on your number, send STOP [ZəngimCELL code] (e.g., STOP 498654) to 6900 or 6070.
07. How can I download a ZəngimCELL I heard on someone else's phone?
To download a ZəngimCELL track you heard while calling any subscriber, it is enough to press the * (star) button 2 times during the call. At that moment, that ZəngimCELL will be activated on your number as well.
08. How can I send a ZəngimCELL as a gift?
If you want to gift a ZəngimCELL to any Azercell subscriber, you must send a request to 6900 or 6070 in this format: H [ZəngimCELL code] [subscriber number] (e.g., H 498654 0501234567).
The subscriber you sent the gift to must send beli [ZəngimCELL code] to accept or xeyr [ZəngimCELL code] to decline via SMS to 6070.
The service fee for the gift ZəngimCELL will be deducted from your (the sender's) balance. Upon subscription renewal, the service fee will be deducted from the recipient's balance.
